  1. We showed the children alphabet safari recordings from last year, to enable them to start their recordings for the alphabets. The children have been assigned alphabets as per this spreadsheet. Parents please record your individual Alphabet Videos and drop them in the file folder location as shown in the sheet. If you are recording using a phone please make sure it is horizontal view

  2. The children being back from the vacation had a lot of stories to share. So we eased into the class today by playing a game to revise our Alphabet Safari. We recommend the kids play this later as well

  3. The children were introduced to the script of play that we are going to try and perform for our annual performance. Each child read their portion of the script as first read through. PLEASE NOTE: For the play, we will connect with the parents shortly for how we are going to record.

  4. We then proceeded to discuss new lines from the pledge with the children on sacrifice, service, sharing more with the community and then seeking the Lord's grace.

We stand as one family bound to each other with love and respect.

We serve as an army, courageous and disciplined, ever ready to fight against all low tendencies and false values, within and without us.

We live honestly the noble life of sacrifice and service, producing more than what we consume, and giving more than what we take.

  •  We took the example of the Golden Mongoose and how the poor school teacher's sacrifice was more powerful than that of the yagna performed by the Kings after the Mahabharata war.

  • And we also discussed the story of Prahlad, King Hiranyakashipu & Narasimha avatar

  1. The children then took a break for a coloring sheet.

  1. We closed out with our closing prayer & Aarti .
