Hari Om Parents,
Activities this week included Bhagwatam story, scavenger hunt, lessons and riddle from 24 gurus book, House Spirit day activity.
Bal Vihar class proceeded in the following order.
1)We started with opening prayers-Om Sahana Vahvatu prayer.
2) Pronunciation of verses from Bhagwat Gita were recited by the children guided by Swami Shantananadaji.
3) Pragnesh narrated the story about king Parikshiit continuing to read Bhagwatam to liberate himself by following it's principles.
The story was about migration of inhabitants of Gokula to Vrindavan. The difficulties they face and finally Krishna's encounter with a rakshasha in Vrindavan.
4) Roopaji then conducted an interactive activity with the kids based on 24 teachers books about honey gatherer. Scavenger hunt was played.
5) Update was given about annual presentation. Instructions will be provided to the parents soon via whatsapp. The kids have to prepare and submit the presentation around last week of March or April 1st week. This is not a difficult project.
6) We concluded with everybody joining House Spirit day contest and presentation.
